The rates of the rooms may vary from time to time. The pricing strategy depends on factors like number of days of stay, occupancy, meal-plan, time of travel (season, weekdays or weekends) and services required. However, the Resort shall not make changes in the prices of rooms already booked by the customers, irrespective of the factors mentioned above.
The booking shall stand confirmed only upon paying a minimum of 30% of the total booking amount in advance to the resort. The customer needs to share the screenshot of the payment made to TAR Chopta. The payment has to be made in Indian rupees only.
In case of cancellation of booking, the Resort shall refund the booking amount as per the given criteria
The refund process will be initiated within three days from the day the cancellation request is made. However, it may take 8-10 days to reflect the amount on your bank account. The amount shall generally be transferred to the bank-account with which the booking was made.
In case the trip is postponed and the new booking date is affected by the factors as mentioned in point 1, additional charges may apply for the rooms on the new dates.
